2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, federal holidays, or Colorado state holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), or product launch periods, processing may extend to 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with order status and tracking information once your order ships.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
- Additional shipping surcharges apply based on destination and package weight.
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
- Overnight and expedited options may not be available for all locations.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Key details:
- Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days, depending on destination country and customs processing.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for customs holds, seized shipments, or import restrictions in the destination country.
- International shipments may be subject to carrier-handled brokerage fees.
Important: If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refused delivery, or customs issues, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination (ZIP code or country)
- Selected shipping method
Free Shipping Promotions:
- Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. Current promotions will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping applies to standard domestic ground shipping only and excludes oversized items and international shipments.
Oversized or Heavy Items:
- Certain tech products (large displays, server equipment, etc.) may incur additional freight surcharges. These will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
5. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, we may:
- Verify billing and shipping addresses with the card issuer
- Request additional identification for large orders
- Delay shipment for manual review (typically resolved within 1 business day)
If an order is flagged for verification, we will contact you promptly. Orders confirmed as fraudulent will be canceled and refunded.
6. Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 20+ business days (international), or if your estimated delivery date has passed:

- We will file a trace request with the carrier within 1–2 business days.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a full replacement or full refund at your choice.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not dispose of the original packaging.
- Photograph the damage to both the packaging and the product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the photos attached.
- We will arrange a replacement shipment and file a carrier damage claim on your behalf.
Note: PacificPeak Tech LLC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by: incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer; natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God; carrier strikes or service disruptions; customs processing delays for international orders. Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.
7. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. You can track your order:
- Through the carrier's website (link provided in your shipping confirmation email)
- Via the "Track Order" feature on our website
- Through your account dashboard
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery for products that are:
- Unused and in original, unopened packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item shipped.
- For defective products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
